Height Safety Equipment Maintenance & Sales.

Working at heights is dangerous if you don’t have the correct safety equipment, maintenance, procedures and training in place.

SAFE can design a height safety system that suits your needs, meaning that you can safely complete all high level work safely and as efficiently as possible.

SAFE uses various suppliers of height safety equipment to ensure that we can tailor a solution to meet your needs.

These inspections are completed on a regular basis so you don’t need to worry about remembering when it was last checked. All equipment is fitted with a barcode and entered onto our asset management system so they are never forgotten. On completion a tag showing the date tested and next test date is placed on the item.

Spill Equipment Maintenance & Sales.

Having the correct spill kit is vital if you have a chemical, fuel or oil spill in your workplace. Not only do you have to have the appropriate kit but you also have to ensure that it is maintained to a satisfactory level.

Emergency Eye Wash & Shower Maintenance & Sales.

Having an emergency shower and/or an eye wash station is a necessity if your site contains harmful chemicals. As these devices are hopefully not often used regular maintenance is key to ensure that they are operational when or if they are needed. All Showers and Eye Wash stations must be installed and maintained to AS 4775.

The inspections consist of a water pattern test & eyewash pattern test to ensure that the spread of water is adequate and in accordance with the standard.

SAFE can complete this inspection on a regular basis so you don’t need to worry about remembering when it was last checked. All showers & eye wash units are fitted with a barcode and entered onto our asset management system so they are never forgotten. On completion a tag showing the date tested and next test date is placed on the item.

SAFE can repair and or supply new equipment. SAFE cannot install as we are not registered plumbers, however we can arrange it for you using one of our sub-contractors.

First Aid Restocking & Sales.

Are you prepared if there is an accident in your workplace?

The code of practice First aid in the workplace requires first aid kits to be available in all workplaces. The type of kit required is determined by means of a risk assessment. SAFE can assist with this risk assessment and supply the first aid kit to suit the individual requirements of your business.

The code of practice also states that all kits need to be checked at least once every 12 months to ensure there is adequate stock and that items have not become expired.
